Terms & Conditions
This page refers to the terms and conditions which apply to any products, payments and delivery/returns on this website wholesalebazaar.com.au.
- All customers must use a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. All payments must be in Australian dollars.
- All deliveries will be sent to the given shipping address supplied at checkout. If your goods don’t arrive at the specified address or are damaged/faulty on arrival we will replace the order/product or supply a store credit.
- Orders will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared into our specified bank account/merchant facility.
- We guarantee all our products for damage or faults for 30 days from purchase. We must be contacted by phone or email prior to 30 days from receipt of the order to receive the refund.
- If you are not satisfied with any of the products for any reason we must be contacted within 30 days of you (the customer) receiving your order. Upon notification, we will provide a full refund or a store credit. We will also pay all return shipping costs on products you are not satisfied with. All products must still be in perfect condition with all packing and tags. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be accepted.
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
- All orders over $500 receive free shipping. Orders under $500 will incur a $18.50 shipping fee at checkout.
- All deliveries should arrive within 2-4 business days depending on location. We will not be held responsible for late deliveries due to issues with Australia Post.
- You (the customer) can make changes to the order before we dispatch. If we have already dispatched your order after we receive a change in order details we will not be liable to resend or change the order.
- Promotional codes and discount vouchers are permitted to be used on the Wholesale Bazaar website.
